Help with my Ryanair issue

Having booked a flight for **th March via opodo, I had difficulty in getting baggage booked so was advised to order a ten kg check-in bag through you (opodo could not get this option,) but after showing price as £** you have charged me for the flight as well, for which I had already paid opodo. I believe you have also charged me for the return flight, on **th (which was bought from opodo along with tomorrow's) but I have no bags booked for that as yet. I hope you will at least promise me a refund & clarify the situation quickly.Pls reply soonest OR use my mobile *********** as I will be travelling early in the morning & do not have a smart phone. Finally, I have yet to receive a boarding pass & confirmation of check-in.
