we are both disabled and booked flight from alicante to gatwick with small hand baggage only in may **** later on we booked priority boarding so we could take an extra case each this cost us a extra **euros, we did not know that if you book before * Nov **** you would not have to pay any extra fees for cabin baggage and we would like a refund of the **euros it cost us, please reply ASAP. regards mdg
