At FRA International, the employees of RYANAIR easily solved the problem and left a message for the staff on Palma so that we would not pay any tax. On Palma we were told that there is no message and that we have to pay the tax. After landing in Frankfurt, we are to the switch of RYANAIR to ask, the employee confirmed that the message left in the system and is also clearly visible.**We would be very happy if we got the money back.
