The issue in GetHuman-kawaug's own words
I booked two tickets on a Ryanair flight via a company called eSky.com. I then read some alarming comments about that company and didn't want to risk possibly missing our cruise of a lifetime so I booked ANOTHER pair of tickets directly with Ryanair. I do not expect any refund but I want to cancel the first set of tickets to avoid any possibility of confusion at the airport. I have tried to explain to Ryanair but am getting nowhere. Latest response was that we will simply be counted as a 'no show', but we WON'T be a no-show as we WILL be presenting our passports at the airport but won't be checked in for one of the bookings but will be checked in for the other! I envisage confusion, delays, having to explain it all again. Surely it has to be possible to simply cancel a flight. As I said, I know that there is no refund.

GetHuman-kawaug did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
