Hi, I was just talking to someone of your colleague this morning because I did a mistake last night I booked the wrong date instead of the beginning of January I booked the ticket for the beginning of December and she said to me I can change my flight for free in ** hours. It was fine I change the ticket for the *th of January it said the price differences will be about **** ft (this is a Hungarian currency) which is about * or * euro would and I clicked to pay this price and I was charged **.** euro. Could you help me with this because I this is not right? So , i was charging more than i should be. i would like to refund my moneyor sorted out somehow . I trying since this morning to get online service with them but the conection always was cut by them. It is so annoing I feel I dont want to fly with ryanair anymore after this.
