Good Afternoon,**Back on the **th March I was due to travel with Ryan air as part of a trip from Stanstead to Hamburg, due to a bus fire at the airport the flight was cancelled.*My reference number is RZ**JD – the flight time was **:**. Please note this was one leg of a return flight.**Due to the flight being cancelled, the time and availability of other flights I was unable to attend my trip and therefore cancelled it.**I am chasing compensation from my insurance company for the cancelled trip albeit a very long process and they have asked for the following information:-*“A letter from the airline – this must state when the next available flight was”**To assist with my claim please can you provide this information as I know that no flights were available.**I look forward to hearing from you**Many Thanks
