I am a U.S. Air Force member who traveled to Germany on Military Orders from England. Our Commercial Travel Office booked my roundtrip flight through Ryan Air. I was able to check-in and board from Stansted England with only my Military ID car and orders on ** Sep **, Flight **** (JSGJ*S). However, upon return to England ** Sep **, Flight ****, I was denied boarding at the gate because I didn't have a passport even though the check-in counter already checked my luggage in and provided me with a boarding pass. As a result, my luggage was taken off the plane and I had to book another return flight with a different airline (British Airways). I would like to get reimbursed for the return flight that I was denied boarding on, which means I should only be charged the *st leg of the trip (England to Germany). Thank you!
