My booking Ref No: YRW*JV**I booked a flight to Tenerife from Manchester on *rd February ****, returning on **th February back to Manchester, and hav'nt received any confirmation regarding the booking.**I have spent hours talking on the live chat line trying to obtain it, and it appears that the problem is due to a mix up of email accounts.**According to the chat line my email account in my settings is:*RoderickB*****@***.com which is where they are sending the confirmation to.**However, when I access my settings my correct email account is visible which is:******@***.com.**I believe the problem is linked to a time when I tried to use the Ryanair on line boarding pass access, and was allocated a new, what I thought was a temporary email address used by Ryanair which was:*RoderickB*****@***.com, which is an email address I have no access to at all, and is where the booking confirmation has been sent, so I cannot download the confirmation mailed to me.**Is there any possibility that anyone can sort this problem out for me as i really don't have any idea of our flight times, which is rather worrying.**best regards, and my sincere thanks for your assistance **Rod bennison

How GetHuman-bennison fixed the problem
If your bookings field is empty you need to click on "can't find my booking". Once in the new screen add your Email in the window, (in my case it was), my name, followed by: @mymaileronline.co.uk *then add your booking reference in the box above.**The online chat were absolutely useless. Gave all sorts of rubbishy advice, none of which worked.*That is my first and last time flight booking with Ryanair. They wont even post anything too you. Terrible company*It took a phone call to Ireland to fix the problem
