Dear Sirs,**I refer to your correspondence to me regarding my flight cancellation.**I am getting increasingly infuriated at Ryaniars lack of response to any of my correspondence. It shows a complete disregard for customer care. I am a loyal customer and I will not be using Ryanair again.**I refer to the flight cancellation of my following flight:**YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS: V**IHH*ITINERARY*RECEIPT - All times are local.**PASSENGERS**. Lia Devine **GOING OUT*From Lanzarote(ACE) to Glasgow(GLA)*Tue, **Sep**** Flight **** Depart ACE at **** and arrive GLA at ******In response to that email, I replied submitting a flight cancellation form. However, owing to an error on the Ryanair website, it appears only a refund has been processed for myself. I am now unable to process a refund for my partner. Any time I try, it simply states 'error'.**I am urging someone at Ryanair to progress a full refund of both flights for me. **I have tried calling and emailing Ryanair on numerous occasions to no avail.**I do not believe there is nobody I can speak to re this? How can Ryanair not at least have a non generic customer service email? It is a complete joke. **Given this is no fault of my own, and I have been severely inconvenienced by Ryanair, surely the least the company can do is respond and*or urgently process a full refund?**I look forward to receiving direct contact details for a management team and a full refund as a matter of utmost urgency.**I am completely appalled by the service of the company and sheer lack of customer care. **Regards,**Lia
