Flight number: FR*****Date: *********Reference number: IBZFR********JUL***Ticket number: XRWZFS**Dear Ryanair, **Our luggage has been missing since Sunday *st July **** and we are staying at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel until Sunday *th July. On arrival, Ryanair at Ibiza Airport took our details and said they would keep us informed on what was happening. **Ourselves and the hotel have been trying to get in contact every day via telephone and email and no one has responded with any means of help whatsoever. **Today, on the *th, July we managed to get through to the baggage department at London Standstead airport. We were informed that Ibiza airport had posted on a report that our luggage was found and was due to be delivered to the hotel for *rd July ****. It never showed. To get answers we went to the airport and the Ryanair desk had no idea what we were on about, told us the luggage was not there and that they still don’t know where it is. **Our missing luggage has completely ruined our very expensive holiday. It’s all we’ve been stressing about and all Ryanair has done is make us chase round different numbers to get in touch with someone who knows what’s happening. It’s beyond unacceptable. **Stanstead would not of told us that it was found and due to be delivered for no reason. Someone in your team, whether that be someone at Stanstead or someone at Ibiza, has made an unbelievably huge error here.
