Help with my Ryanair issue
GetHuman-karoleel's next move: talk to Ryanair again when they open.
Ryanair's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-karoleel a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-karoleel's own words
I am interested in special assistance. My case: I have a fractured foot and it is in plaster now , also I am using crutches to be able to move around. After I visited hospital I received a document from the doctor with my condition, address of hospital, date and his signature but I am not sure if it is a fit to flight form. Because when I asked my doctor for 'fit to flight form' he was quite confused not understanding what I want from him, and later said that the document he gave me should be fine. But he didn't seem quite sure. The paper is in Catalan so I can't really define what it says. I am quite worried that I will not be accepted to the flight which is next Friday. *My second question is : Can I take crutches on the flight, and is it free of charge? *Thanks *Karolina
GetHuman-karoleel did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
