Want a refund from RyanAir for my scheduled return flight because they cancelled our outbound flight. Impossible to use because we never went to Spain. We also need our hotel cancelation fee refunded ... I want my refund and cancelation fee refunded
Tried to 'On Line Chat' to get a resolution and constantly received message 'their employees were unavailable'. Tried filling out on line form and got message that a request form has been submitted but I have still not heard from them.
