Car hire ... Hello I booked a hire car as part of my flight booking Your car hire booking confirmation – Ref: ES*********. And *a) the rep at Firefly was argumentative when I did not take their insurance as I already had payed for the extra*b) they then changed the car to one which already had ** scratches and have taken *x deposits on my credit card*c) when I went to the car the oil warming light was flashing red*d) when I went back to the desk they said take take the car and when I refused they said there were no more cars available*e) the other low cost car hire had none available and I ended up booking ba car with europcar at £***.*f) firefly said that the mileage for the car was only **km per day (***km total) whilst the booking showed limited to ***km.*g) the assistant attitude was simply poor and not motivated to help.**I would like a refund of the difference of the car booking and the money back onto my credit card for the deposite**Thank you Steve
I did not get a car from the company and had to book one from another at a higher cost
