I originally ordered * pandora bangles each a different color. One has a rhinestone missing. I went online and ordered another in blue to replace it yesterday. Now I see I can only get a credit to my account if I use your free shipping label. This is not fair. You sent a defective item. I already ordered the replacement yesterday and now when I went to print return label I see I have to pay $*.** for shipping to return defective item sent to me ( one of the crystals are missing on the Pandora bangle). Again I already placed a second order to replace the bangle as I was worried you might be sold out in my size and that color. (That is being processed I believe.) I should not be paying $*.** for shipping the defective bangle back to you when it was expected that the item would not be defective. Please contact me and let me know how you will pay for a return label and CREDIT MY CARD for the defective bracelet. Thank you for your assistance.
