The issue in GetHuman-maddisdo's own words
I have a client, Laurie, who originally booked * drop-in visits for her boxers. * today, Friday *-**, and * tomorrow, *-**. I have already completed one of the visits for today. Laurie has informed me that she no longer needs me for tomorrow since she will be coming home late tonight. I tried modifying the booking so she doesn't get charged for tomorrow's visit, which she no longer needs, but the Rover App modification page told me since I was canceling future bookings to cancel the whole booking. I really don't want to cancel the entire booking and force her to reapply. I already did a visit and she lives over ** mins away. She's driving a lot today so having her reschedule might not be an option. I still have one more visit that takes place in *.* hours. That is suppose to be the last one. I really need the booking modified to cancel the Saturday visit but keep the two Friday visits.
GetHuman-maddisdo did not yet indicate what Rover.com should do to make this right.
