The issue in GetHuman-spacedfi's own words
Bought an item. Have the receipt. Wore it one time. The next time I went to wear it I noticed one of the pockets was starting to rip off. I went to attempt to return it and Ross would not allow me to return it. Said it had to be within ** days. I had intended to wear the item several times. Not once. I told them I wore it once and because of that I could not return it. In addition to the issue mentioned above, the receipt stated that I had until January **th to return it, based the date I bought it, which was November **th. Ross has great deals on quality merchandise, which is why I regularly shop at different Ross locations. But now I am wondering if everything I purchase at Ross in the future, will possibly only be good for one use? After reading through the return policy, it seems like if the Ross employee chose to not issue a refund, they should have then offered store credit towards an item to replace the one I returned. I'm definitely not a happy customer at the moment. Please help me make sense of this situation. Thank you. **Dustin Taylor
