I am a retired NYC school teacher. I have been wearing your Ellingwood K***** for the last twenty years, black and brown. I really love the the comfort and the quality of the shoes. I wear a *.*W. For the last year and a half that shoe size is too tight and the extra wide is too big. Miguel, manager from store ***** told me that the shoes have been adjusted but fortunately he had two pairs of the old stock which I purchased. My concern is that I won’t in the future find shoes at your stores that fit me. I am sure that I am not the only person experiencing this problem. Please, try to accommodate those loyal customers that have been buying shoes from stores for manny years. Thank you for reading my email!
