My name is Bryan Miller, and my address is [redacted] E Dogwood Ave, La Center, Washington. My phone number used to be [redacted]. I am having trouble accessing my account due to a second authentication that I no longer have access to. When I enter my password, it prompts me for a phone text confirmation or the authentication number that was previously saved on my phone. I am seeking assistance as I have been unable to access my funds, and I do not want to deal with frustrating responses from Robinhood. The lack of personal support from a company that handles our money is disappointing. I need help with my account urgently to retrieve my funds and consider withdrawing from Robinhood.

Today, I discovered that my Robinhood account has been restricted for 90 days. Wanting to close it due to financial concerns, I noticed discrepancies in my balance. Even after reinstalling the app, I couldn't verify my phone number as I no longer have a phone line. Now, only able to access my email, I am locked out of my account with a zero balance. This situation is distressing, as the funds are crucial for supporting my family.

This is a follow-up regarding a serious issue with Robinhood's services. I bought options for various stocks like Sundial through the platform. When the price of Sundial options increased this morning, reaching $1.36, the app did not let me sell them and then stopped supporting purchases. I also own stocks in Waitr Holdings, Ocugen, GTE, Sensonomics, Nokia, Huge, and GSAT. Despite previous issues with GameStop, it is unfair for Robinhood to prevent selling options due to price changes. For example, the Sundial option dropped from 93 cents to 43 cents. This seems illegal and like market manipulation. Robinhood, being a multibillion-dollar platform without a phone line, raises suspicion. I have devoted time and effort to my portfolio, so having my ability to earn sabotaged feels criminal. Robinhood's actions contradict their initial purpose to help the less affluent. Such behavior may lead to legal consequences, and screenshots of the situation are available. It is concerning that Robinhood not only allowed this to occur but also hindered selling activities, which seems manipulative.

This morning, I received a message about a reversed deposit of $[redacted].69, followed by another message confirming the same deposit was successful. I verified the transaction in my bank account. However, I noticed a $[redacted].69 account deficit, which I believe to be incorrect. Tomorrow, an additional $[redacted] deposit is expected to clear, which should explain the total balance. Despite receiving the $[redacted] today, I liquidated one of my positions to cover the deficit amid concerns about potential issues with the other stocks. I am still missing the initial $[redacted].69.

It would be more acceptable if your trading platform wasn't involved with corrupt individuals within our institutions. There have been proven cases where ties exist. By favoring hedge funds over patriotic traders, it's evident that the company is aligned with a communist agenda. Releasing the remaining funds in my account, impacted due to inability to adjust positions during stock drops, is awaited. After this, I'll cease using this platform for my investments due to its perceived liberal bias. It's time to realize the situation at hand.

I encountered several issues with my Robinhood account recently. Firstly, I was banned from day trading, but due to a glitch in the app, it forced me to day trade SNDL and GEN, resulting in a 90-day ban from buying new stocks. Secondly, the app crashed and mistakenly sold my [redacted] Dogecoins at a lower price than I intended, causing a loss. Lastly, there was a problem with selling my [redacted] shares of Naked Brand as the app froze, and I lost over $[redacted]. I intended to sell at a higher price, and I am seeking reimbursement for this loss. I have also brought new users to Robinhood and would appreciate assistance in resolving these issues promptly.

Hello, I am encountering an issue with my ACAT transfer. I initiated the request through Fidelity, and they confirmed it was completed but with multiple errors. Firstly, only $WORK stocks were transferred, although I had sold them on Robinhood before the transfer. The transferred $WORK shares displayed as margin instead of cash. Surprisingly, my Robinhood account now shows -2 shares of $WORK. Additionally, my other stocks like $NOK, $BB, $NAKD, and $GME didn't transfer to Fidelity. Moreover, my cash balance on Robinhood, which was $[redacted].35, only reflected a debit fee of $75 and $18.83 cash, leaving out $[redacted].52. I contacted Fidelity, who mentioned the issue lies with Robinhood, as the ACAT request should encompass a full account transfer, including positions and cash. Fidelity advised me that legally Robinhood must transfer all assets as cash, and my balances should be transferred accurately. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I can be reached via the Robinhood app, email at [redacted], or phone at [redacted]. Your support is greatly valued. Sincerely, MK

Hello, I am an active user on Robinhood. Today, unfortunately, my phone screen cracked, and I couldn't access the Robinhood app through my cellphone, where I usually log in using Touch ID. Therefore, I decided to log in manually on my laptop. I couldn't recall my physical password, so I proceeded with the "forgot password" option and successfully reset it since I still have access to the email linked to my account. However, when I tried logging back in with the new password, I encountered an issue where a verification code was being sent via SMS to my old phone number for login confirmation. It dawned on me that my old number is still associated with my account, making it impossible to access my account to update my phone number. Is there a way for someone from Robinhood to assist me in updating my phone number so that I can receive the verification code and regain access to my account?

I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times with no response. I created a new account in January, but it has not been approved, yet $1,[redacted] was deducted from my Citibank checking account by Robinhood. Despite not seeing the deposit in my account, the money was taken. The transaction details are as follows: Feb 04, [redacted] ACH Electronic Debit - ROBINHOOD Funds [redacted]62 -$1,[redacted].00 I suspect there might be two accounts associated with my name under "krowjohn" and "krowjohn2." I am unable to access the most recently set up account, as the passwords do not work, and I cannot reset them. Please assist me in gaining access to the most recent account or refunding the deposit to my checking account. J.K. [redacted] [redacted]

I recently requested the transfer of 4 securities from my Robinhood account to my Fidelity account without closing my Robinhood account. Fidelity processed the transfer on 1/29/[redacted], with an expected completion date of 2/5/[redacted]. Despite Fidelity's confirmation, I have been unable to reach anyone at Robinhood. Only automated email responses have been received, including one threatening to close the case if I don't respond within 24 hours. The issue remains unresolved and I am growing increasingly concerned. All the securities I requested for transfer were purchased with cash deposits, with no outstanding margin balance or interest. There is sufficient cash in the account to cover the $75.00 transfer fee. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from Robinhood's customer service during this stressful situation.

Case number [redacted]9. I have contacted support multiple times to update my information. It is frustrating that it takes a week or more to receive a response every time, rather than the expected 1-3 days. I have submitted all the necessary identity confirmation documents and requested the phone number associated with [redacted] to be changed to [redacted]. The required documents were submitted a week ago, and I am only awaiting the correction as communications are still being sent to my old number for verification, hindering my login process.

I opened a Robinhood account about 3-4 weeks ago. I have been able to access my account without having a mobile number on file. However, a little over a week ago, while logging in, I was prompted for an SMS code which I couldn't receive as I only had a home number on file. I've since updated my account with a mobile number 6 times and submitted my driver's license 3 times. My email and password remain the same, but I'm still locked out of my account. I've been trying to resolve this for almost 2 weeks now, but I haven't received any assistance on how to fix this issue.

I have been using Robinhood for a few months without any issues. However, last week my account was restricted from buying. I believe this could be due to exceeding trading limits, although I am not a day trader. I realized my deposits are still pending even though I received confirmation. I closed my positions, not realizing this would restrict me from buying. I am unclear about the status of my account and would like to understand why I am restricted from trading and for how long. Please release my funds at least. Thank you. - Jo. Schenk

I've been experiencing difficulty accessing my Robinhood account for several days now. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive an error message stating that my login information is incorrect. When I try to seek assistance, I'm prompted to sign in, which becomes a continuous loop. The option to change my login details requests an email confirmation, but I've never received one despite multiple attempts. At this juncture, my main priority is to withdraw my funds from Robinhood. The lack of customer support and the system's inefficiency have been frustrating. I'm unsure how to proceed with retrieving my money without the ability to log in or contact Robinhood support. S. Since installing Robinhood on my computer on February 3rd, I connected my bank account, transferred funds, and made a few stock purchases. However, I have been unable to access my account since that day. On February 4th, I submitted identity verification photos to Robinhood. Then, on February 9th, they confirmed receiving my funds and indicated I could begin trading. Each time I attempt to log in, I'm prompted to verify my identity by sending a code, but I never receive any codes or notifications via email or phone. I have been locked out of my account since February 3rd and unfortunately, there is no phone support available.

I have been trying to access my Robinhood account for over a week now. Every time I enter my login information, it is not accepted, despite receiving regular emails from Robinhood. When I attempt to change my login details after a failed login, the website promises to send me an email to do so, but I never receive it. Their lack of customer service is evident when the phone number provided only leads to a recording before hanging up, leaving no way to leave a message. At this point, I simply want to sell my holdings, transfer the funds to my bank account, and close my Robinhood account.

I share a joint checking account with my son and also have a savings account at the same bank and branch. For three years, I've used my savings account for RH trades. Recently, our bank accounts were compromised, resulting in changes to all account numbers. Despite the delays, RH eventually reinstated my account with a new number. In January, I noticed two unauthorized withdrawals to RH from the joint checking account, which I don't typically use for RH. I reported these as fraudulent to my bank but later discovered that my son had made the trades without informing me. After rectifying the situation with my bank's approval, RH blocked my son's trading account. Despite numerous emails, his account remains blocked. I kindly request RH to unblock my son's account promptly. He plans to trade from the checking account while I continue using my savings account. He has even sought legal counsel regarding this matter.

I attempted to access my account but forgot my password. After resetting it via the email from Robinhood, I tried to log in again, but now it asks for a verification code through SMS. However, I'm not receiving any codes on my phone. The support section requires logging in for answers, creating a frustrating loop. Unfortunately, there is no available support phone number, which is disappointing. Additionally, Robinhood requested a picture of my driver's license, but my phone camera is broken. I am unsure how to upload a picture from my phone to the account. At this point, I am considering withdrawing the funds to my bank account and closing my Robinhood account due to the complexity of these issues.

Good afternoon, I am experiencing an issue with Robinhood regarding a restriction on my account. I have emailed them four times now, which exceeds the three-day response time stated in their email. Previously, I had a reversed transaction on my account, but I cleared that deficit about two weeks ago. However, I still have a purchase restriction on my account and cannot withdraw funds to my primary bank account. Although my instant deposits have been reactivated automatically, having a purchase restriction is hindering me. I am frustrated by Robinhood's customer service and surprised they have not addressed these issues. Any assistance with this problem would be greatly appreciated. I am missing out on investment opportunities since I can only sell and not buy due to the restriction. Despite submitting support tickets on 2/13/[redacted] (#[redacted]4) and prior weeks (#[redacted]0), I have not received any response from RH. It is becoming quite a headache, and I would appreciate any help you can provide.
