You can change your mailing address for Roaman's catalogues by logging into your online account. Visit Roamans.com and sign in to your account. Once logged in, access 'Account Information' from the drop-down menu. From there, you should be able to update your mailing address in the 'Address Book' section. Click 'Save' to finalize any changes you made. Please keep in mind that it may take a few weeks for your changes to be reflected in the mailings.

Yes, Roamans does deduct the original shipping and handling costs from your return. This cost won't be refunded when you return an item. You will only receive a refund for the item's purchase price. Please keep this in mind when making returns.
