I am disappointed with my ring doorbell pro, I have a chime pro and still have an issue with a big delay of video. I have tried a WIFI extension and did not see any improvement. My internet service is good, the voltage for the door bell is very good. The wifi is Rssi-**. The voltage for the chime pro is very good. The wifi is Rssi **. *Today I had an individual ring my doorbell, there was a big delay on the video and the opportunity to talk to the individual was not available for at least * to five minutes. By that time the individual was gone. The bottom line is that the commercials of the ring doorbell is very deceiving and I am not going to recommend the ring door bell. *It seems like after a door ring, it takes a couple of minutes to see who it is.
