I bought a new Rheem system one year ago my AC went out Sunday morning I called the installer they said they could not come out till Monday it was **** in a house with a **-year-old woman they told me it would be first thing in the morning Monday they didn’t show up till two or * o’clock in the afternoon what I’m upset about is the AC unit is less than two years old they warrantee the part but would not warrantee the labor. I was quoted a labor price of $*** I did not have that much money I was negotiated with for $***. I told him the only money that I could get my hands on was $***.What upsets me the most is a unit less than two years old just cost me $*** out of pocket I don’t believe this should’ve ever happened!This is a faulty TXV valve which is a supplier air came from the factory the man said they’ve had troubles with them for a while. I would like Someone to call me to see if we can do something about the situation I do not mind paying for the Freon that they had to put back into the system but this is unacceptable for a less than two-year-old brand new unit installed someone please contact me soon
