Hello I am an mi user. My problem is that I recently purchased my mi smart band *i. Connected it with mi fit app. For about * weeks there was no problem in pairing my band and my phone. But now whenever I try to pair my phone withy mi smart band *i via mi fit app , it says "couldn't pair , contact customer service". Please tell how to resolve it. I have latest updated version of mi fit app. Also I have tried many times to delete and reinstall mi fit app on my redmi note * . Still the issue persists .
