Your customer service number is false and it isn't recognised.*I shall be returning the phone to its place of purchase tomorrow and asking for my money back.*Also, this device has been used illegally and I will be reporting your company to the ombudsman for relinquishing on your commitment to customer care by not providing a reliable nor genuine help line with the minimum of security procedures set up to fight crime in this country.*Thanks for trying but I'm afraid I have no more time to be wasted using your antiquated device which doesn't perform the same way as all other mobile devices. I'm sure you must be aware of the company's useless phones and customer services?*If not, call them if the number you have actually works (which it doesn't!)
