Hi xiomi I am going to tell you about my first and worst experience about your servicing i am using xiomi's phone from last * year and my whole family also have xiomi's phones.*Now i have accident and my xiomi's Note * pro phone has damaged becouse of my accident which i have buy just before * months ago, and was went to your. mumbai's Service centre which is located in ghatkoper west becouse of accident by Mobile's screen has been break, and was went to your store with full hopes that they will replace my screen with free of cost with this understanding i have just bought it before * months, but i was totally shock when your servicing agent told mi that i have to pay for this and that amout was horrible i.e. **** i mean what this your screen replacement cost this , cost is just **% of phones cost and it was too too much shocking for me i mean what is your warranty period yar if you cannot service it for free off cost what is your warranty The brand like iphone replace or services the phone free of cost and you are getting ** amount of phones cost. i mean you are now assuming like your company is iphone. They are also not charging so much money like you. thise is my first experience about my xiomi's phone becouse of this my accident i wanted to go to service centre i have not yet went their before that i was using your phone last * years * st wast xiomi's note *, amd this second one is note * pro i mean we are just poor people's yar we are not bussinesman like you we are buying your phone just becouse of your affordable prices and you people are taking too much moneg from us just fkr * service ane this is really we cannot pay yar we are trusting you and buying your phone's just because we cannot buy very expensive phone, but your servicing prices is just horrible i am not going buy any xiomi's phone any more. And i have warranty period this not like that i finished my period of warranty and and i am not going pay, but after the warrenty also this is too much. *Please give me some sollution about this my terrible problem as soon as possible please contact me as soon as possible and solve my problem this is my humble request to you.*Now i am going to share this post in almost all social media.
