Register my Credit Card on the RD site, since RD notified me that they could not charge my renewal to the credit card that they had. ... I received a notice that you could not charge my credit card, so I went on line to enter my credit card on your site. The site responded that I could not update my card, so???
The site had a response that it could not update a credit card.
Allow me to register my credit card.
I have been a customer for many years.
I have returned the payment portion of the bill that I received, with my credit card information included in the proper place to pay for my subscription renewal.
How GetHuman-qsenior fixed the problem
I gave up and sent the bill back with my Credit Card information.
