I want to cancel immediately my Readers Digest subscription. Tried other web site of theirs and it kept rejecting my submit saying my phone * and area code were not numeric. It would not let me indicate under others...my country Canada. When I pressed submit it kept rejecting with same above reason. Next day, tried asking Telus for toll free *..only * on record was not still active. Today tried gethuman.com and still no agent calling. Entered * times now. Frustration and disappointment !!! After almost being a ** subscriber...it should not be so difficult to contact RD and cancel subscription.!!!
GetHuman-visibub did not yet indicate what Reader's Digest should do to make this right.
