I need the boat heading to be the same as were the boat is pointing ... First I would like to give you some back ground info so that you may get a more detailed view of the problems I and most of the boaters using your product here in Newport, Oregon.*When I purchased my boat I installed a C** unit with Radar. The unit was great and performed as it should. I purchased this unit from Rogers Marine in Portland, Oregon.*On July *rd **** I updated to an AXIOM PRO * RVX. It was purchased and installed by Coastal Marine Electronics here in Newport. I spent over $*,***.** for a complete system. If you look up my name in your system you will see the details of the items I purchased. *After the install T.J. and I went for a run to see how the equipment performed. To me all looked good. T.J then told me to get more familiar with the equipment and call if I needed help. He did answer some of my questions by phone but could not come to the boat for a tracking problem because he was slammed. He told me to give him a call the spring of **** so we could get the tracking problem resolved. Well I tried to call and e-mail him in April but he had gone out of business. Now I'm left with a unit that needs attention but no one in my area works on Raymarine products. *I have updated all software from your web site to current versions as of June of this year. My current and most urgent problem that I desperately need corrected is that my screen still shows my boat at a ** to ** degree off from were I point the bow of the boat. I cannot use the screen display to run a line in the fog. The boat slides up the buoy line I use for navigation.*Yes I have called and all I get is the canned response of install our current software updates. Still no help in fixing the problem. So what do I do now?*If I knew that your company has no back up support in my area I would have gone with a different company. The marine electronics people I have called in Newport all DO NOT work on Raymarine products. Your website calls out England Marine as support but all they do is sell your products, nothing more.*I can not fathom that a company of your size does not have factory trained support on the Oregon coast.*I know of over ** boats personally on my dock that need help with their units. Most are small problems but they still need support.*So if I have too trailer my boat to Portland to have Rogers work on the unit who will pay the service call bill?**Lets get someone trained for our location so you do not start to lose market share to your competition.
