Raymarine's return/exchange policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it within 30 days of receipt. To initiate the process, contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all accessories and packaging intact. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Raymarine reserves the right to assess a restocking fee for opened products. Please note that certain items, such as software or electronic charts, are non-returnable unless defective.
