I've made two bookings in the last week (for trains in Italy end of October), and though I received booking numbers for both, I could not complete the transaction because the software would not accept my postal code (Canadian, with * letters&numbers). I've since been told it may be my Android tablet, but??? Anyway, I can't get confirmation whether I'm booked or not. I do have offsetting promo codes to pay for them, but I had only indicated that on one of my bookings. (I have more bookings to make.). So I don't know where I stand with them. I'm reluctant to try another computer*OS and get another set of bookings, but I feel I'm running out of time and maybe train reservations.
GetHuman-hoogansp did not yet indicate what Rail Europe should do to make this right.

In my case, which was a failure by the software to understand my postal code, over and over. And I subsequently was frustrated trying to get help from them on it, via email or phone. But I was reminded, belatedly, that a friend of mine told me there are problems sometimes using an android and*or tablet for such bookings. (We were discussing airplane bookings as I recall.) So I went back to the raileurope.ca site (although I think it was a slightly different one from last week), THIS TIME on my laptop*Windows * vesion, and I was able to sail through a rebooking of my itinerary. No problem!
