Today, I encountered an issue with my account when I tried to log in. After attempting to create a new account, I discovered that my username could not be found on Roblox. I suspect that my account may have been compromised. I have invested three years into playing Roblox and all my progress and belongings are associated with my account. I received a 7-day ban for harassing a kid during events due to my anger issues. I was logged out and now can't remember my password as I didn't provide an email when I started on ROBLOX. I'm willing to serve my ban, but I desperately need my password to retain my game progress, group achievements, and friendships. I've devoted 10 months to an SCP Foundation in ROBLOX, forming valuable connections that I don't want to lose. Kindly send me my password via email so I can access my account once the ban is lifted. Your understanding and assistance are greatly appreciated.

I recently had an incident in Adopt Me where someone reported me. I told them if they bought 6 hot dogs from my stand for [redacted] bucks, they would get my Skele-Rex. I did this because I needed money to buy the luxury apartment that costs [redacted] bucks. When they asked how many to buy, I said 6, but they only bought 3 and claimed they ran out of bucks. They still demanded the Skele-Rex. I offered a Cerberus instead because they only bought 3. However, they still wanted the Rex and reported me for alleged scamming. The next day, I couldn't access my account and had to create a new one. Why did this happen? I had [redacted] Robux on the other account, and if I don't get back in soon, there will be trouble. It's fraud; I paid over 50€ for those Robux and could even involve the police! If I can't get back in within this week, there will be consequences!

Hello, I have a suggestion that may interest you. I propose that Premium members receive a weekly amount of Robux based on their subscription level. Reintroducing the Builder Club, or its features, would be beneficial for users who require Robux but lack the means to obtain them through contacts or trades, as is possible with Premium membership. Additionally, I suggest updating your Roblox servers, many of which date back to [redacted], with newer ones from [redacted]/[redacted] to enhance the overall gaming experience. As Roblox is a successful company, investing in newer, more advanced servers should be feasible. These are just a few ideas to consider for enhancing the player experience on Roblox. Your feedback on these suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking assistance as I unknowingly clicked on a malicious link (cookie logger) that allowed my account to be accessed by a scammer. The individual who stole my account managed to obtain my cookies and proceeded to use my account to play a game (Medieval Warfare) and spend my in-game currency, robux, transferring it to their own account. This unauthorized activity occurred on 2/11/20, resulting in the loss of approximately [redacted] robux that I had purchased. Furthermore, the perpetrator interfered with games I played (such as Adopt Me), causing me to lose some of my belongings. They even messaged one of my friends inappropriately. I was unfairly banned from playing CB:RO (Counter Blox: Roblox Offensive) about five or six months ago. Despite reaching out to various ROLVE admins and developers through email and Facebook, as well as seeking help on Discord, I received no response or assistance. I believe this ban was unjust as I have never used hacks, engaged in toxic behavior, or done anything to warrant being banned. I am a dedicated player of their games and feel there may have been a mistake that needs rectifying. My Roblox account was deleted after receiving multiple reports. I understand the reason behind the reports and want to explain my side. While playing Adopt Me, I jokingly mentioned "abc to trust trade" in response to the new update warning against scams. Despite no evidence of me actually committing any scam, users reported me based on that comment. I admit it was an error and apologized, but unfortunately, they reported me nonetheless. Losing my account is unjust after investing time and money into the game. I never intended to deceive anyone; it was meant as a harmless joke. I kindly request Roblox to review this situation and restore my account. Losing everything due to misunderstandings is disheartening. I value my account and hope to continue playing. Today, I encountered an issue while using Roblox on my phone. The screen froze, and I was prompted to log in or sign up again. I am concerned about accessing my old account as I recently made several purchases. I upgraded to a premium membership for $5 on Wednesday, bought [redacted] Robux for $10 last Saturday, and spent another $5 on Robux on Sunday. As an 11-year-old who worked hard to earn the money spent on these in-game purchases, I am hoping to recover my account or receive a refund for the transactions totaling approximately $60. I created my daughter's Roblox account using the username Gianna[redacted]01 a while back. She has been using it on her iPad ever since. I recently discovered a special promotion with McDonald's and Roblox, where they are offering exclusive codes with orders. Unfortunately, I never added an email to her account during the initial setup, and now we can't redeem the codes as they require an email linked to Roblox. To add an email, we need to enter the current password, which I can't recall after all this time. I've tried multiple passwords without success. If she signs out of her iPad, it might complicate things even more. I need assistance to add a verified email to her account.

My son has a Roblox account named WallyJake2. He also has a couple more accounts, WallyJake1 and WallyJake11, set up in case he gets kicked out. There might be another one under just WallyJake, but I'm unsure. I have two email addresses, [redacted] and [redacted] The freemanco.com address is my work email, but I am currently furloughed and can't access it. Today, Jacob bought Robux to set up his own avatar and team. After creating T-shirts and rejoining the game, he was prompted to log back in. Even though his passwords are saved, the system wouldn't accept them. As we spent money on Robux, we really need to regain access to the WallyJake2 account. Please advise on how to fix this issue. Hello Roblox, I am unable to access my account as it got hacked. My username is FTRTKER, and despite entering my password, I keep getting an error message. It's frustrating to know that someone changed my character and deleted my friends from the account. I've had this account for years and wish to regain access. If not possible, I would appreciate receiving Robux compensation for the money spent on the game. I have invested a significant amount into Roblox, purchasing items like Blocksburg and building my plot. I purchased a pin to redeem it. I am from Colombia and bought it to get my Robux, but I see that Rixty payment option is no longer available when it used to be. Please, bring back Rixty as many people like me used it. I have been a part of the Roblox community for a long time, and I really want this issue resolved or to receive my Robux because I spent my saved money on it, only to find out the option is not there. Hello, I'm Olivia, a 10-year-old. Recently, my computer for playing Roblox broke, and my dad is taking it for repairs. I'm currently using an old device I used to play on, but I can't remember the password since I haven't played in a while. Yesterday, I purchased [redacted] Robux. I used [redacted] Robux on clothes, hair, and Bloxburg, leaving me with [redacted] Robux. However, while playing Bloxburg tonight, I accidentally bought toggle object collisions for [redacted] Robux when I meant to cancel. I now only have 25 Robux left. I noticed a charge of $19.99 on my PayPal account that I did not authorize. Could I please get a refund for the last two charges and information on the origin of this charge and how to cancel it? It's not listed under my Apple subscriptions.

Hello, I have experienced multiple hacking incidents on two of my favorite games, Royale High and Adopt Me! In Royale High, I lost two of the rarest items, and in Adopt Me!, several legendary items disappeared from my account. It is frustrating to not get the support I need to recover my account promptly. I have been a player since [redacted] and believe that all players, not just those in special programs, should receive equal help with account recovery. Also, I suggest improving the trading system for premium members as it seems to have issues displaying inventories correctly. Additionally, I find the game's filter restrictions unnecessary, as children should learn to cope with certain language online. It would be beneficial to have more free items available or a way to earn in-game currency through gameplay. Overall, I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to enhance the gaming experience for all players.

It's frustrating and discouraging as a long-time player. I believe all players, not just those in the star program, should receive proper support when faced with these issues. Furthermore, I find the game's filtering system overly restrictive, limiting regular communication among players. Enhancing account security, improving the trading system for premium members, and finding ways for players to earn Robux within the game could enhance the overall experience and retain players like me.

My daughter's Roblox account recently lost all the Robux she had. I have screenshots showing a server called 'Corruption of Souls' was involved in this incident on the same day. After checking her spending, I can confirm she is careful with her Robux. She lost exactly [redacted] Robux, the total in her account. Her username is Npom19, and the support ticket number is [redacted]9. I've reached out to Roblox support, but I hope to get some assistance here in case they do not refund the Robux. Hello! I am having trouble accessing my Roblox account. I didn't save my email to my account, and when I attempt to reset my password using my phone number, it doesn't work. My username is jagoe2790. On November 11th, I tried to play Roblox on my phone (I usually play on my computer), but it didn't work. I attempted to change my password on my phone, but it didn't work, and since my phone is small, I'm not sure if the password change went through. The next day, when I tried to log in on my computer, it still didn't work. I noticed in my Gmail that Roblox informed me that someone else changed the password on another Android device. While playing Roblox, I was enjoying the game Treehouse Tycoon created by PersistentFloat. The next day, when I tried to access my account, I was prompted to log in, even though I hadn't logged out previously. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my password. Despite trying various phone numbers to reset it, the system kept rejecting them. I have valuable Robux on my account, and creating a new account would mean losing all my progress and investments.
