Hello Roblox, I am feeling very upset at the moment. I encountered an individual on Discord who requested a pre-made template for a game I was playing. Despite finding him annoying and eventually blocking him after a lengthy discussion, I mistakenly sent him some files that granted him access to my account because he possessed my verification code. He utilized a program called "EditThisCookies" to access my account and is now claiming he can do various malicious activities, including hacking YouTubers. I am extremely distraught and hope that you can ban this program to prevent him from harming other users. I am worried about his advanced hacking skills based on how he acquired my information. I implore you to take action to ensure the safety of Roblox players. I eagerly await your response and assistance. Sincerely, Nicklas :( P.S. Hello, my Roblox account was hacked. I could access my account yesterday morning, but when I returned to my computer, I couldn't log in, receiving the error "password or username is incorrect." My friend, username rosegoldfox26, noticed my character active in Bloxburg while I was unable to access my account. She reported the issue. I reached out to customer support but have not received a response yet (it's been almost 17 hours). I am eager to regain access to my account, which has purchases and progress in Bloxburg. I previously had [redacted] Robux, but suddenly it dropped to 0. Upon reviewing my transactions, I was shocked to see a $[redacted] payment labeled as a purchase for a t-shirt, which is clearly a mistake considering my usual transactions are under 5 Robux. Now, I am unable to access my account, as it seems my password was changed despite me saving it prior. I contacted support five days ago but have yet to receive a response. I am hopeful that someone can give some attention to this matter as I am eager to regain access to my Robux and my account.

I was disappointed to find out that my favorite game on Roblox, Pokemon Brick Bronze, was deleted in [redacted]. I understand the reason behind it, but this year in [redacted], a new creator made a remake of the game and gave credit to Nintendo. I felt upset this morning when I logged on and saw the game I loved and spent so much time on had been removed. It was the only way my best friend and I could communicate during lockdown. I wish the game could stay up with a few changes and permission from Nintendo. I believe many people would play it, making it popular and generating revenue through game passes. Please consider bringing back Pokemon Brick Bronze.

I recently discovered that my account on ROBLOX, Mzdankness, has been unexpectedly banned without a clear reason specified. Despite maintaining good conduct for the past 4-6 months, I found myself unable to access my account. Given that there seems to be a widespread ban-wave occurring, I fear that I may have been mistakenly caught up in it. Today, I want to share a recent encounter with an online dater named Lucyhoosie1 who was insistent on engaging in inappropriate behavior. Despite my attempts to steer the conversation away from this, she persisted with explicit language. I tried to warn her about the dangers of online interactions, but she blocked me before I could report her. I have also observed scams targeting children, with one individual attempting to extract personal information from them. My suggestion is to prohibit such conduct and enhance chat security measures. My friend Chloe was recently hacked on her accounts mal287 and mal2870. This morning, she contacted me in tears, explaining that she couldn't access her accounts. Despite trying on various devices, the passcodes were being rejected, and her email was also deemed invalid. It seems her accounts may have been altered with a different email. I noticed her avatar, which she changed on April 24, [redacted], has been completely transformed by the hacker. Additionally, the hacker unfriended me on one account but remains friends on the other. I observed that in the game Bloxburg, everything on her plot was missing, causing her distress as she invested a lot of money in the game. Now, myself and another friend are assisting her in resolving this unfortunate situation.

My daughter's account was banned because her cousin created a group using her account with a picture of her, but it got unbanned later. She was devastated to find all her items gone in Adopt Me after spending [redacted] Robux to fit in. Roblox is her escape from school troubles, and all she wants is to reconnect with the world. I recently experienced a frustrating situation with my online account. Yesterday, I logged in only to find out I had been logged out. After going through the password reset process, I regained access, but encountered a girl who claimed she had been on the account. After blocking her, I continued to face issues with resetting my password and noticed my email had been changed without my knowledge to [redacted] Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no response. I am disappointed with the lack of support and troubled by the unauthorized changes made to my account. This ordeal has left me confused and reluctant to create a new account after investing a significant amount of money. I am reaching out because my account, black910231, was banned some time ago. I was expecting to hear back from you, but I haven't received any communication. I request a reconsideration to unban my account as the reason for the ban felt unfair. While playing in the Jeremy group, I joined a game without realizing its nature and left when I found out it was related to free robux. I believe the creator of the game should be held responsible for scams and account bans, not me. I plea to have my account restored as I had valuable items purchased with robux that I can no longer access due to my family's financial struggles. I recently purchased premium for my account xDiamondOcean about 1.5 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. Despite showing proof of purchase and even videos, Roblox has been unhelpful in resolving the issue, blaming it on a different account or Apple. After numerous attempts, they simply stated they can't assist me further. I want the premium features and Robux I paid for on the xDiamondOcean account. On the other hand, Apple support was more supportive. They clarified it was not their fault and advised me to contact Roblox, which I have already done. Roblox's responses have been deflective, not addressing the actual problem. I am left with no resolution and either seek a refund or to receive the premium I purchased.

This morning, upon checking my account, I was surprised to see my Robux balance at zero. Investigating further, I discovered a transaction of [redacted] Robux to a group clothing item in my history. The amount spent matched what was in my account before the transaction. The payment was made to the group "Wade Success Group" from my account "hellocomander." Worried about potential unauthorized access, I set up two-factor authentication and logged out of all devices. However, I faced issues receiving the login code via email. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to log back in. I find it hard to believe that my password was compromised through brute force, as it is quite complex. I have not engaged in any free Robux schemes, using my credentials only on official Roblox platforms like Roblox Studio. After checking my browser extensions' trustworthiness and running a virus scan on my computer, I found no signs of malicious activity. Hello, my 8-year-old son recently got a new iPad, and we just discovered unauthorized charges totaling hundreds of dollars made through the app over the span of April 18-23, [redacted]. We realized this after reviewing our credit card statement. As new iPad users, we were unaware of the Family Sharing setup. Apple has not been very helpful so far. We submitted a refund request which was denied, and Apple keeps directing us to you, the developer. Your website, however, redirects us back to Apple. I am experiencing bullying on the platform due to having fewer Robux than others. The username associated with my account is ColoradoScares. I am considering having my account deleted as a result. Alternatively, I would appreciate if action could be taken against those who are bullying me or if I could receive some Robux to deter further harassment. I tried to log into my Roblox account around 9 PM and realized my password wasn't working. I have been a Roblox player for 6 years, starting this Thursday. I'm confident my username and password were correct. Despite trying to reset my password, I haven't received any emails or verification codes on my phone. I suspect the hacker changed the email and phone number associated with my account to prevent me from regaining access. I noticed an email in my account from vVDRAGONVv, claiming my password was changed at 3:31 PM. Unfortunately, I only saw this later in the day, giving the hacker a 6-hour head start. He then requested me to add him on Discord, where he guided me through a process involving the 'inspect' element, assuring me it was not a violation of any rules. I followed his instructions, sharing a file via email as he directed. Unfortunately, he took advantage of this and stole all my robux and limited items, including the Rainbow Hair Beanie, Tropical Shoulder Bird, and Purple Mermaid Princess. I acted swiftly by changing my password, and fortunately, only a portion of my funds and those specific items were affected. I am seeking help to retrieve my items and have 3ZZ banned, as I suspect he has a history of such deceitful actions. I am prepared to provide evidence if necessary. Thank you for your attention.
