My account, Carnival 14, got unexpectedly banned from Roblox, and I'm not sure why since I haven't been active for a couple of days. I really need to be unbanned so I can play with my friends. I have 14 Robux and items I don't want to lose. Please assist in unbanning my account as I'm worried about losing everything. I also have Bloxburg with a good amount of money. My brother bought 80 robux for $1. He used them to purchase items in the game. However, he only had 9 robux left and wanted to earn more. He fell for a scam promising free robux by entering his username and password in a game named "FREE ROBUX." The next day, he discovered his account was hacked. To prevent others from experiencing the same issue, I want to report the scammer's username, "System_26019." The victim was I.I., so please take action! Thank you.

Although I realize it was unwise to share my account information, her profile gave many indications that she was reliable. I can provide evidence of this later. After messaging her from a separate account, I expressed interest in her offer of free robux. Despite her friendly demeanor, I now understand that hackers often feign friendliness to deceive. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I changed my password when she could not access my account. Unfortunately, she eventually gained access, altering both my email and password to a disposable email. Since I did not have my phone number linked, I am unable to regain control. I kindly request prompt assistance in recovering my account.

While browsing Instagram, I came across a post promising "likes for robux." Desperate to get more likes, I foolishly shared all my details with them. Later, when I tried to log into my Roblox account to play after watching videos, I couldn't access it. Despite knowing my password by heart, it kept showing as incorrect. I have two accounts, one for fun and one for friends. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email I used for the account created when I was nine. Although I know this isn't the correct age for such accounts, my parents allowed it. Please assist me in recovering my account as I had valuable items stored there. My username is glossyjazzythegirl.

Roblox, the issue with the account under the username "flordecuba" and the email "[redacted]" is unresolved. My granddaughter is devastated and very sad. She is a child with special needs. It's disappointing how Roblox scammed her account. It's a rip-off by Roblox to take users' accounts, especially when they complain about the poor service and missing Robux after purchase. Additionally, someone made an unauthorized purchase on my behalf, which I reported to my credit card company. What did Roblox do? They canceled my granddaughter's account. I feel cheated by Roblox. I am upset for my granddaughter, and I want everyone to know how unhelpful Roblox is. They don't address the issues of their subscribers, fans, and followers.

Two days ago, while chatting with a friend on Roblox, not in the game, I received multiple greetings from strangers I hadn't added as friends. Suspecting hacking, I changed my password, secured my account with verification, and removed those unknown friends. Upon review, their accounts appeared suspicious, some possibly stolen or linked to hackers. After addressing this at 2:00am, ensuring the hacker was removed, I safely logged out. During verification, I noticed an email was accessed from New Orleans, Louisiana, potentially the hacker's location. Today, on April 20, [redacted], I faced a smaller raid with banned users greeting me. Unable to unfriend them, their usernames were “MangleThegirlygirl,” “Sans_Destroys,” and “scarletspider9786.” I suspect one of them or the hacker behind them. I've played Roblox for a decade and never encountered this before. I have screenshots and hope for assistance in regaining control of my account. Thank you for your attention and support.

When I first joined Roblox, I was using a different phone. When I set up my account's password, my phone generated a recommended password for me to enhance security and assured it would be saved. Now, with a new phone, I am unable to remember the password as it was a mix of random letters and numbers. I could no longer access my main account after logging out to switch to my spare account. Despite trying the "forgot my password" option and entering the correct email and phone number several times, I still couldn't regain access. My daughter cannot remember changing her account password recently. I used my card for purchases on her now inactive account and would like a refund. The account's current username is "11Sunflqwerz_BBeezy," but it used to be "Sophia22440." I appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Today, my daughter's account was hacked. Her username, blx3s, was compromised as the hacker changed her name in the game. She suspects it might have been someone she logged in with at a friend's house. Unfortunately, the hacker spent almost [redacted] robux and removed all her animals, causing great distress, especially since it happened on her 10th birthday. We managed to secure the account by enabling 2-step verification and changing the password. However, my daughter is devastated about losing creatures she worked hard to collect. When I was younger, I used to play ROBLOX a lot in elementary school. My computer got a virus in fourth or fifth grade, and my parents blamed the game. Since then, I stopped playing or occasionally logged in before abandoning my old account. I lost access to the email linked to my original account and forgot the password. Hello, I go by the username not_khaliyah on Roblox. Unfortunately, my account got hacked today at 4:16 AM while playing Pick A Side. Another player, with the username omq_itzyogirlari, asked to be friends in the game and then lured me into sharing my login information by offering to give me Robux. I naively shared my username and password with her, and within 5 minutes, I couldn't access my account anymore. When I tried to log in, it kept saying my username or password was incorrect. I am requesting assistance to regain access to my account, not_khaliyah, and reset my password to my original one, which is "riverdale." I am eager to have my account restored promptly. My Roblox account was recently compromised, as I failed to verify my email. After reaching out to Roblox, they provided the following instructions: If you are experiencing a similar issue, kindly contact us through our Support Form using the original billing email associated with your Roblox account. Be sure to mention the ticket number (########) in the description for further assistance. Remember, we can only help you through the verified account owner's email address. Additionally, when purchasing Robux, you may have only been asked for credit/debit card details, but having an associated email is a part of the security measures.

On 4/21/20, I left my computer for a few hours, and when I returned, my Roblox currency had dropped to 0 from [redacted]. Despite refreshing my page, the balance remained at 0. Upon checking my transactions, I discovered that the exact amount ([redacted]) was used to purchase a "Denim Pink Roses Shirt" priced at 28 robux. I reached out to Roblox on the same day but have not received a response yet. I am requesting a full refund of [redacted] robux and the group 93 Walking Out to be reported and banned due to suspicious account activity.
