i was trying to rectify the problems we have been experiencing.**GET THE UNIT WE PURCHASED * MTHS AGO WORKING PROPERLY ... we purchassed an rca RNSMU**** **inch *K UHD smart TV in nov ****. since that time we have had issues with the set randomly turning on in the middle of the nite quite regularly. now we recently noticed a green vertical line on the left side of the set. we should not have these issues on a set that is *mths old. we are very disappointed in this set and feel strongly that it is not worth the money we paid for it**it has been now almost * weeks with ZERO from rca. i DEMAND ANSWERS OR WILL SEEK LEGAL ADVICE AS HAS BEEN SUGGESTED BY THE RETAILER. *GENERIC EMAILS DO NOT RECITIFY THE PROBLEM

we have tried ALL hdmi inputs and also tried a brand new hdmi cable with no success
