Help with my QuickBooks issue

GetHuman-skipc's next move: talk to QuickBooks when they open.
QuickBooks's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-skipc a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-skipc may need:
Account holder name, Account number (if applicable), Email address on the account, and Billing address
The issue in GetHuman-skipc's own words
I have a Quickbooks Essentials Online account for TboxTour LLC. I have added a new admin user, Joe Donohue, (*****@***.com) and sent him an invitation to activate his user account. Joe is able to sign in to QB, but then he receives a message as follows: "there is no Quickbooks online company associated with *****@***.com". Joe would be the *rd user with the TboxTour company account, so I should be able to add him with my QB Essentials subscription. Please advise. Thank you.
GetHuman-skipc did not yet indicate what QuickBooks should do to make this right.
