impossible to reach live contacts for special needs assistance and seat upgrade information on US flight from San fran to Sydney book*JIUT*L Lately, can't even log into Manage My Booking Site. Trying to call the **** connection for US, I get unbearable connection when getting through our interminable waits. I've wasted hours on this!.*Really, really poor service and poor website for US passengers information use. Also Alaska partner tickets get *nd class treatment it might seem! And I am handicapped , so very upset!*Thought Qantas would be a *st class airline to enjoy* guess not?
