I was trying to get what I ordered. As a senior during this pandemic and being high risk it is not to my advantage to go in and out of stores. I should be compensated with an item in the Vionic line that comes to the $**.**. I like item A*******. ... Order Number: ********** Let me start by saying we have been satisfied QVC customers for years. We were disappointed when we expected the gift to arrive on July **th. To my surprise I looked this morning and saw the other was cancelled on July *th and no email was sent. My husband placed this order on **** and spoke with a representative and clearly indicated to put it on his discover card and gave her the three digit security code. We were expecting the order. You all should go back and listen to the call. As high risk senior citizens trying not to go to stores, this was a birth date gift for me this month. I just talked with customer service and she said all you all could offer was free shipping. I should get a compatible item free for the inconvenience of someone carelessness and not paying attention. An email was definitely not sent indicating the order had been canceled on July *th. Very unhappy customer at the moment.
It was extremely frustrating because it was a birthday gift so my husband would not have to go to the store and this item is what I told him I wanted because of our being on a fixed income.
I would like item number A****** for the same price. This was error on your representative part and not that of my husband. You can go back and listen to the call. I would like to remain a happy and valuable QVC customer.
I have been a customer at least since the **'s.
I tried to reorder this morning and the item was no longer available. I wanted those shoes.
