Help with my Q Link Wireless issue

PIN on Account, Name of Account Holder, Phone Number, Email on Account, Billing Address, and Last 4 of Social Security
The issue in GetHuman4126669's own words
I reported my phone stolen and they said they couldn’t deactivate my phone until I purchased or had a BYOP and the compatible SIM card in it, then they would deactivate it. I asked what would happen if whoever had it made calls or used my number for other reasons and they said I would be responsible. I purchased a locked Tracfone because I knew I had used tracfone with Lifeline before but now it’s not supported by Qlink.

GetHuman4126669 did not yet indicate what Q Link Wireless should do to make this right.
