I recently purchased a qlink replacement phone" around a month ago". I purchased the phone because the other phone stopped working. The phone I recently purchased doesn't work... It freezes all the time, battery drains without even using the phone " no apps are downloaded and no photos or anything, since it is pretty new"...also drops calls while talking...buttons are sensitive and goes to airplane mode or mute all the time ..is there any way to get a different phone? Or refund? This has almost cost me my job since I rely on this for my work.
