Well my mothers government cell she has .is almost impossible fot her to handle,hearing ,seeing it and trying to use the small buttons ect .she has a cell for saftey.she is ** years and disabled.on social security.with mini medical issues.we requested a new touchscreen cell that she can use that will solve alot of whatever problems she is having.i dont think a free phone to help with her issues useing it.if u cant accommodate the disabled with a useable touchscreen cell.with her becoming a qlink customer ..with a disabled status and paying taxes for years u say buy ur owne or bring the usless other cell to q link right that will fix it and u get a new customer RIGHT .id think the disabled would have MORE rights than a healthy young adult.a touchscreen is a must for her .its a issue to me to know she needs emergency help .history of falling down .fix this or ill find SOMEONE that will and fix it now.
