Please waive my $** September rent fee since I moved out on August **st, ****. **When I vacated my unit at **** S Main Street on Aug **, ****, I checked in with the front desk and they told me they would check that the unit was vacant and email me a move-out confirmation.**A few days later I received an email stating I had moved out on September *, **** and I had been charged $** as rent for September.**I called the facility on September **, **** and I was told that since the unit wasn't verified vacant until the *th, I still had to pay for September.
GetHuman-gearedfo did not yet indicate what Public Storage should do to make this right.

I called *** *** **** (their number to reserve a unit since I couldn't find their customer service number). They transferred me to the Customer Service center, where I explained my issue. **Make sure the name you give is the same as the name on the account!*Since my name differed from the name on the account, they couldn't directly help me, so they gave me the number for the Regional Manager for the Public Storage facility I had rented from. **I called that number and got the voicemail, so I left a message. They called me back a few hours later, asked when I had last been at the unit. I told them it was back in August and they told me they'd check their gate entry records. *They also asked who I went talked to when I checked out of my unit* if you can, try to remember at least what they looked like. I could only remember it was a man.**I guess this isn't necessarily "fixed", but keep calling people and someone will help!
