The Servicemember at the public storage on Illinois Street in Indianapolis was the rudest person I’ve ever come in contact with in a position as a customer service representative. I asked her simply about whether or not I could use a trashcan to put my trash and she told me that it was not her responsibility to take care of my trash and I need to take it with me. **Every single interaction I have with the storage facility is the worst experience of my life and it’s been made clear to me I’m an inconvenience and I’m not to complain about anything or they will keep the property in my storage unit. **I’m reporting them to the better business bureau as soon as im done wth this letter.
