On October *, ****, I contacted Prudential in regards to my life insurance policy. I requested that the balance of my premium, that was using dividends to pay the yearly premium, be taken from the paid up additional insurance. I got the con firmation *ALPIZHBJ and that it was taken care of. My request was accepted. Today I received a letter stating that my policy lapsed. Really, no notice, nothing to indicate that there was a problem. Is this how you handle customers. This is a ** year old policy. Do you really think that I would let this lapse? Since when do you not send notices to people to let them know that their policy is ready to lapse. Fix it. Paul Slizik
