I tried to buy a LG G* last night (Aug **) as the offer of $*** credit was to expire at **:** PST. I could not connect* maybe your site, maybe my internet. So, I contacted customer support today and agent said I should buy another phone. I was transferred to a Floor Supervisor who said the same thing. Frankly, the chat seemed rude and very pushy re other options that were obviously not what I wanted. **I still would like to buy the phone and this is a fair and reasonable request. Like most people, I support Google, own some shares, etc. so am feeling quite dissapointed. Please restore my faith in Google.

They would not help me. All that happened was a rep contacted me and said, sorry, we can't help you. So, yes, you allowed contact. No, the company failed to help and that is not your fault.
