You can file a claim for your device issue, including a dead pixel, through the Fi app or website. Device Protection can help with mechanical breakdowns and certain types of accidental damage. If you didn't buy your phone through Google Fi, you may still have manufacturer's warranty coverage depending on how long ago you purchased it. Your issue might be covered under this warranty.
