Last week, I submitted a quote on my **** Honda CRV. Your underwriting dept sent me an email requesting I submit to them proof that I reside at my current address. I faxed my drivers licence, two utility bills from two seperate months and the declaration page of my current homeowners policy. The lady at your customer service told me it would only take two days until the underwriting process was complete. Has my auto policy been approved? If so, I would like the policy number sent to me as I already have an agent, Todd Vann, in Orange Park, Fl that I will send my * month premium to and my cancelled policy with State Farm expires on the Friday, the *th of December. On the other hand, if for some reason it was not approved, I want the underwriting department to send me their reason and justification for doing so.*Best Regards,*Robert Kral
