I have spoken to multiple different people with various answers and I would really like if someone could take a look at my situation and please try to help me. *My policy was cancelled on October *th due to failure to pay. The failure to pay was due to my checking account being changed due to fraudulent use. It appears I had forgotten to update for billing purposes here. However I was unaware of this as my email seems to filter out progressives messages. I was in an accident October **th and to my surprise had just found out that my policy had been cancelled. I never received a legal letter or so much as a phone call to even warn me about this. I was told the lapse in coverage would not occur until October **th if I made my account current. I attempted to do so only to find out I couldnt due to the accident. *I have been a loyal member since I’ve had car insurance. I recommend progressive to people all the time but right now I feel like Im being hung out to dry. Please is there anyway I can be helped There has to be something that the company I have been with for years who raves about their customer service can do for me at this time.
