In dec of last month i canceled my order. And eventhough i was unhappy with the product. I let that go well now today u send me another bill and SO I BELIEVE NOT ONLY SHOULD I GEt the money rrfunded for thr last paynent i already paid but i believe i should recieve a full refund since you have a guarante if your not satisfied with the product you will recieve a full refund so if your company is a company worthy of their word so i would expect nothing less then your word of a full refund .sincerely an unhappy customer who still has faith in your words thank you again and expect to hear or recieve my full rrfund asap you may contacy me )at *** ******* name is laura*)
