Good afternoon, the reason for writing is to express how dissatisfied I am with the process of trying to join your team. I was supposed to go through the process with Jose Torres, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to leave urgently for my home country. I informed Mr. Torres that he should not charge my card because I would not be able to take the exam. However, they not only charged me for the exam but also an additional $25, which is only charged when one already has the license, not before. I am requesting a refund. I have contacted Mr. Torres several times, but he insisted that I must be there in person to resolve it, which I find unfair. I need my refund processed, please. My number is [redacted].

I used to work as a Primerica Agent (Solution #N2117) back in April [redacted] when I assisted my daughter, Cynthia L., in purchasing a Smith Barney Concert Investment [redacted] mutual fund for her daughter, Amber L. Unfortunately, Cynthia cannot remember the status of the investment, and I left the industry soon after. I am curious to know the current status of the investment. I was informed by a representative that the birthday on my account is incorrect. I have been trying to contact my representative, Anthony Braun at ***-*******, but have not received a response despite leaving several messages. I called ***-***-**** again, and was advised to reach out to Chris Koob at ***-***-****. However, after leaving him a message, I still have not heard back. This has been very frustrating for me. I am not sure what to do next. If I do not receive a response soon, I may have to consider withdrawing my funds from your establishment.
