Confirmation *D*RR*K, *Colin Small*I’m very displeased with the lack of communication from Priceline. Myself and a friend booked flights on Jan **th **** for March **st to Hawaii. This flight was canceled and neither of us were contacted nor made aware of the cancellation. There weren’t any rebooking options due to us booking through a third party(Priceline) Forcing us to cancel our tickets and due to such short notice we lost out on money from the reservations we had booked at our destination. The email input at the bottoms of our reservation was not even registered to me nor to my counterpart on her reservation. I was only made aware of the cancellation because I went to check the status of the seating. At that moment I was informed of the cancellation, that was Tuesday March *th. Our trip was scheduled for March **st not giving us ample enough time to salvage our trip forcing us to lose money in Hawaii. I think this was handled very unprofessionally.
GetHuman-small_co did not yet indicate what Priceline should do to make this right.
