Hi my name is Jennifer , I traveled from NY to PA for a buisness trip. I booked the hotel at holiday inn Express in fort Washington. In which I attempted to cancel Monday when I arrived however I was told I couldn’t. I found out the day off I’ll be working at an urgent care facility that are only seeing patients with potential convid** pandemic as an official testing site. **As of today I’ve been in contact with patients and medical staff that has encountered patients that has been exposed. I’m am attempting to cancel the rest of my stay here because I am not feeling really well. I can not stay here any longer risking ppl at the hotel in getting exposed . I would like to take proper care at the comfort of my home. I would like to know if there’s anything you can do to help me in this matter in getting a refund so that I can leave the premises . Please please please I’m already facing difficulties with my company who has not informed us of working at sites that are testing for positive Convid** only. Neither do they want to reimburse. Providers and staff at the location has also been experiencing symptoms and has been exposed also. since its limited supplies and strict procedures I would have to wait for my symptoms to worsen within *-** days which I am on day * since being exposed. It doesn’t make sense for me to wait it out in the hotel To test positive and to self quarantine for another week or so when I can not afford that, and not provide proper care for myself. *I can provide proof of information upon request of work & that I’ve attempted to cancel before since, I already had a bad feeling about this . *I would appreciate if you can honor this request. **Please and thank you . *Jennifer Santiago **The best number to contact me is (***)***-****
